The annual Regional Student Convention was held on 25th February 2007 at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications & Management. The team of four students namely Hemant Goyal, Sahil Singla, Deepank Gupta and Akshit Aggarwal represented CSI group from NSIT. It was a great pedestal for the team to interact with the members of the CSI BVP Students branch and exchange many ideas about different inter–college events that could be organized in the future.
The four students participated in the programming competition. It is a matter of great pride and honor that the team comprising of Sahil Singla and Akshit Aggarwal were selected for the final programming round out of the ten talented teams competing in the same.
The convention, which comprised of events like Paper Presentation, IT Quiz and Programming, was indeed a wholesome treat for the intellectual faculties of the participants. The CSI NSIT students’ branch looks forward to numerous such events which provide an interaction interface with other competent CSI branches.
