The Linux seminar was conducted on 5th September, 2007 by eminent personalities Dr. Gora Mohanty (PhD Astrophysics) President ILUGD and Mr. Kishore Bhargava CEO Link Axis Technology – the brain behind the popular PC Linux Magazine. The seminar, which lasted for an hour and a half, saw an enthusiastic audience of more than fifty 1st and 2nd year students.

The seminar was intersting and informative.It introduced students to the upcoming softwares and Open Source Business Models and highlighted their uses,applications and advantages.The students were impressed by Dr. Gora Mohanty and Mr.Kishore Bhargava who did a great job in versing students about Linux and its widespread usages.
